CPR Professionals Policies

CPR Professionals requires prepayment for individual group classes. Monies can not be refunded but you can reschedule into another date with a 24 hour cancellation policy.

CPR Professionals has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all company clients. They may change their date or cancel altogether within 24 hours without being charged.

All final billing numbers will be taken a week prior to class date. Again, this number may also be adjusted up to the day before the class.
Classes are billed after the class is completed.

CPR Professionals offers great discounts with yearly contract clients. They agree to provide a certain number of training participants and we agree to offer 10-35% discounts on all classes throughout the year. We ask that each class have at least 10-20 participants when we are offering our largest discounts. If a client does not fulfill the agreement, we can recharge for the appropriate group discounts over the year.
