Here are some commonly asked questions that may help you.

Why should I learn CPR?
Heart Disease and Stroke is the #1 cause of death in Minnesota. Donít let someone you know be a statistic. CPR doubles the chances of survival.


What is so special about CPR Professionals?
CPR Professionals offers high quality American Heart Association with multiple unique services. Some include 24 hours a day, onsite or offsite training, online scheduling, instructor with 10+ years medical and teaching experience, no minimum, large group accommodations, customized training to your industry, high quality real life equipment, first aid kits sales, phillips aed sales and more. We love to teach and it shows!


Is there a minimum or maximum number for your classes?
NO. We can certify small or large groups. When there are large groups, we will increase our number of instructors to still give that small group feel.


Do you hold classes at an offsite location?
YES. We offer multiple group classes at the Coon Rapids city center. Please call us for available dates. This is great if you have only 1 to 2 individuals that need training.


Do you provide all the equipment necessary for the training?
YES. We own our equipment and can provide everything for the class. This helps us to accommodate last minute classes or other special circumstances that meet your needs.


Who would I contact if I would like to purchase an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)?
CPR Professionals is a distributor for Phillips AEDs. Your instructor can handle the entire sale and deliver it to you personally or you may order your unit online.


Are there any additional charges?
NO. Manuals, masks, and barriers are included in the base price when applicable. Additional ones can be ordered for a small charge.


How long are the classes?
Classes range from 2-8 hours, depending on the type of training needed and the size of your group. Most classes average 3 hours.


When will we get our CPR/First Aid card? How long does the card last?
Generally within 2 weeks after your class. Special arrangements can be made if necessary. All cards are good for 2 years.


What if I book a class for 20 and only have 16 attend on the day of the class?
You may change your participant number up to 24 hours before your class and you will not be charged for those people.


What type of payment do we accept and when is it due?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. You may pay on the day of your class or be billed for later payment. We prefer to receive payment in 2 weeks. Special arrangements can be made.
